Seattle-based fashion retailer Nordstrom has announced plans to expand its presence in Florida with the opening of two new Nordstrom Rack stores in Melbourne and Sarasota. The Melbourne location is set to open in fall 2025, followed by the Sarasota store in spring 2026.

The 24,000-square-foot Melbourne store will be situated in The Avenue Viera, a shopping center featuring retailers like lululemon and Sephora. In Sarasota, the 27,000-square-foot store will be located in Sarasota Pavilion, which includes Publix and Ross Dress For Less.…
