McGaheysville man facing murder charges certified to grand jury

ROCKINGHAM COUNTY, Va. (ROCKTOWN NOW) – The Rockingham County man who was charged in a shooting in Waynesboro on Memorial Day weekend will have a date with the grand jury.

According to online records, Dustin Allen Dove, 24, of McGaheysville had the two felony charges he is facing certified to a grand jury during a preliminary hearing Tuesday afternoon in Waynesboro General District Court. One of those charges is first degree murder.

Dove was charged after the shooting incident on May 25 in the 1300 block of D Street. The victim, Seth Wayne Wallace, 22, of Waynesboro, died a few weeks later…
