A young man has been arrested after the brutal attack on a woman who was walking along a river trail taking pictures for her art project.
The incident, which shocked the local community in Philadelphia, happened at 9am on October 18 on the 400 block of South Schuylkill River Trail.
The 56-year-old victim was on the trail in Center City, when the suspect, who has been identified as 24-year-old Davine Butler, allegedly approached her. Police say he slammed her to the ground, took her phone and threw it in the river. They also claim he punched her several times injuring her…
