TACOMA, Wash.-Washington State’s ban on the selling and distribution of over-the-counter rape kits has been upheld by a federal judge.
A 2023 state law banned the sale and distribution of self-administered sexual assault kits in Washington and a lawsuit against the ban was dismissed in U.S. District Court on Oct. 21.
