Thurston Sheriff’s Office still seeks information about road rage shooting

The Thurston County Sheriff’s Office is seeking information about a road rage incident that happened last month involving a red Jeep.

About 8 p.m. Sept. 27, two drivers were on Bald Hill Road Southeast at Timber Ridge Drive in the Yelm area. The driver of the red Jeep was behind the driver of a black pickup truck, Sheriff’s Sgt. Kris Kimball said Tuesday.

Investigators think the Jeep driver felt the other driver wasn’t driving fast enough, so that person pulled out a gun and fired it at the black truck, Kimball said…
