EVERETT, OCT.22: A 30-day warning period for red light violations at the intersection of 41st Street and Rucker Avenue began yesterday, Oct. 21.
“The goal of photo enforcement is to improve safety through a reduction in traffic violations at specific school zones and intersections where data has shown a high level of crashes and/or speed violations,” the City of Everett website reads.
