Mass overdose at fraternal club draws indictment

RAVENNA , Ohio (WJW) — A person is under indictment for allegedly supplying the drugs that apparently caused several people to overdose at a fraternal club in June.

A grand jury this month indicted Jamie Perry, 40, of Ravenna, on six counts of corrupting another with drugs and four counts of trafficking in fentanyl-related compounds, according to a news release from Ravenna police.

Six charged with illegal voting in Ohio

Ravenna police officers and firefighters responded on June 8 to the Fraternal Order of Eagles club along Cleveland Road for a report of an unresponsive man.

Six people were treated for an overdose and five people were transported to a local hospital for further treatment…
