On Oct. 21 at approximately 2:30 p.m., a significant police presence responded to report of altercations involving a large number of juveniles at Dunkin’, 207 East Main Street, resulting in multiple juvenile arrests. The restaurant is situated along a perimeter of a portion of Branford High School field facilities.
On Oct. 22, Branford Police Department shared the following information at its Facebook page regarding the incident:
“Around 2:30 p.m. yesterday, a fight was reported in the parking lot of 207 East Main Street. When officers arrived, it was apparent that there was a planned fight – approximately 70 students were gathered in both the parking lot as well as inside the Dunkin Donuts store…
