ASHEVILLE, N.C. (WLOS) — Hurricane Helene has prompted changes to the annual Asheville Holiday Parade downtown.
Instead of a parade, the Asheville Downtown Association will hold a holiday jamboree in Pack Square Park on Saturday, Nov. 23 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
