CLEVELAND (WJW) – The Cleveland Division of Police is asking for the public’s help finding a 15-year-old boy who was reported missing on Tuesday.
Isaiah Toomer, 15, was last seen leaving home in the 500 block of East 115th Street.
According to investigators, although he left on his own, Toomer suffers from a medical condition and doesn’t have his medication.
He’s 5’8″ and 179 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes…
