Carol Janette Price, 84, of Sparta, passed away Oct. 16, 2024, at Life Care Center of Sparta.
Janette was born Oct. 13, 1940, in Byrdstown, to Ord and Maggie Parris Garrett.
Janette was a secretary with over 40 years of employment with the Tennessee State retirement system. She was formerly employed with the White County Schools Superintendent’s Office and Sparta Probation and Parole Office as a secretary. She also worked at the White County Justice Center in Public Relations. Janette was a former White County Judicial Commissioner for many years.
