New owner plans to keep Oshkosh outlet mall

OSHKOSH (WLUK) — The outlet mall in Oshkosh will not see any changes — at least not right away — after being sold.

A company called Woshkosh LLC bought the mall for $12 million last month. City leaders say the company is owned by Woodman’s Corp., the Janesville-based supermarket chain.

On Wednesday, Mid-America Real Estate announced that it was retained by Woshkosh LLC to manage and operate The Shops at Oshkosh. The statement says the company is extending some leases, developing programming for the holiday season and working on a campaign to attract new stores…
