RACINE, WI — A call for an unconscious person in a vehicle earlier this month led to the arrest of a 37-year-old Racine woman on drug-related charges. She also had an arrest warrant for a previous drug-related incident in 2023.
Stephanie Wisniewski is charged with two felony counts of possession of narcotic drugs, along with one count each of possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The drug-related felonies each carry a possible prison term of three years, six months and a $10,000 fine. Wisniewski is free from custody on a $750 cash bond…
