Developers are moving to convert a vacant lot once home to a single-family house in the Central 9th neighborhood into six new for-sale townhomes under a new proposal submitted to the city.
The two new buildings would include 2.5-story townhomes each with two bedrooms and three bathrooms under the proposal.
