Jessica Hughes is going high tech with her 10th graders. No need for the traditional teaching tools in her Geometry classes. These days, it’s all virtual.
“This is literally the first year I’ve used an app on the computer,” Hughes says. “Usually I use an actual ruler and protractor and compasses. But we’re trying to move to technology-based, so we had the app of constructions. They created some perpendicular bisectors, some angle bisectors. They’re just learning how to use the tools on the app today.”…
