Cross Country: The Minot North Sentinels take off for State

MINOT, N.D.– The Minot North Sentinels Cross Country team, are looking to make some noise in the state tournament, after a 6th place finish at WDA. This Minot North Sentinels team only posses three seniors, and all three of them believe that they are shaping the future of the Minot North Cross Country team.

“It’s defiantly different being the number one runner in Minot, leading all of these kids around, because I am shaping the future of this team which is a wild experience to have. We defiantly had some strong performances. At WDA we took 6th place and missed 5th place by 11 points. I think 6th place is good for a brand new high school this year this year”, said Dallin Chapman.

The three seniors on this team took on a more strenuous approach into making it to the state tournament, considering the fact, that they could’ve stayed at the Magic City Campus with a program that is already polished…
