Nampa School District reopens teacher pay negotiations; over $6,300 raises unlikely

NAMPA — The Nampa School District has reopened negotiations with the teachers union to discuss salaries, but not for the current 2024-2025 academic year.

Instead, the Nampa Education Association (NEA) met with district administrators on Oct. 14 to give the 2023-2024 salary schedule a second look. The NEA is a local affiliate of the Idaho Education Association, Idaho’s teachers union.
