Boeing Machinists have rejected the latest contract offer aimed at ending their five-week strike, with 64% voting against the proposal, according to The Seattle Times.

The Machinists, who began their strike on September 13, with 96% of members voting to authorize the walkout, continue to feel the pressure of being without a paycheck or health care benefits provided by Boeing. This ongoing work stoppage has impacted the company and its workers significantly.
