FORT MILL, S.C. (WBTV) – The family of a crossing guard who died on duty earlier this year is suing the Fort Mill School District and the woman who hit him.
According to the York County Coroner’s Office, Stanley Brucker was directing traffic at the entrance/exit to Fort Mill Elementary School on March 21 when he was hit by a vehicle. He was rushed to the hospital but did not survive.
Now, seven months after his death, Brucker’s family has filed a civil lawsuit…
