WILMINGTON — Ohio senator and Republican vice presidential nominee JD Vance campaigned in Wilmington just one day before the start of early voting, beginning his remarks by telling the crowd that he actually has a fun tie to the Port City.
Vance said he acted as an extra on the beloved Wilmington-filmed 2000’s TV show “One Tree Hill,” which got a lot of cheers and applause from the crowd of attendees.
