HOUSTON, Texas — Deputies from Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested a man suspected of drunk driving after finding him asleep in his vehicle on Shatner Drive. The incident occurred on October 20, 2024, when deputies responded to reports of a male passed out in a moving lane of traffic.
Upon arrival, deputies identified the driver as Jonathan Molina, who exhibited multiple signs of intoxication.
