Power hits across Northeast Kansas during Thursday night storm

TOPEKA, Kan. (WIBW) – Thousands of people lost power Thursday night as a storm rolled across Northeast Kansas.

Evergy’s outage map showed nearly 4,000 homes without power around 9 p.m. in the Topeka area. Another 500 homes were hit in Jefferson County.
