Hillsborough State Attorney Suzy Lopez charged a 19-year-old former University of Tampa student with aggravated manslaughter over the death of a newborn child police found in a dorm room trash can in April.
Charged on Oct. 18, Brianna L. Moore was arrested in her home state of Mississippi.
