STERLING, Va. (7News) — A known MS-13 gang member was arrested in connection with a double homicide in Sterling back on August 28, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff’s office.
The suspect, 18-year-oldMarlyn Medrano-Ortiz of Alexandria, was not in the country legally, Sheriff Mike Chapman said in a release.
