The Bell County District Attorney’s Office has filed a motion to revoke a man’s probation on a felony assault case because the man was arrested on a child abuse charge and indicted this week.
Romello Jamaal Daniels, 29, who also is known as Romelle Daniels, was indicted by a Bell County grand jury on Wednesday on a third-degree felony charge of injury to a child with intentional bodily injury. Daniels was booked into the Bell County Jail on Aug. 15, two months after the alleged incident. No bond was listed on the motion to revoke probation and his bond amount on the new charge is $115,000, jail records show.
