A Louisiana man with colorful scribbles all over his face was arrested after allegedly threatening to blow up an Ulta Beauty store in Alabama, leading to the entire store getting evacuated.

The incident began Oct. 19 in an Opelika, Alabama, shopping center when Timothy Lincoln, 42, of Buras, Louisiana, was reportedly overheard making the violent threat while on a phone call outside of the store, as reported by WRBL News.

An employee of the beauty store reportedly heard Lincoln yell on the phone, “I’m going to blow this s*** up!”…
