THOMPSON – Hillsboro-Central Valley remained one of three undefeated teams in Region 2 play on Monday with a four-set win over Thompson.
The Burros picked up the 3-1 win (25-16, 25-22, 15-25 and 25-23) on Alzheimer’s Awareness Night in Thompson and moved into a second-place tie with Grafton in region play with four games to play.
“It was a great volleyball match (Monday) night,” H-CV head coach Katie Staebler said Tuesday. “It was great to be in that gym and see all that purple to support Alzheimer’s as well during this month.”…
