A multi-agency pursuit ended in the arrest of a man from Indiana and the safe recovery of a missing juvenile. Authorities say the girl, reported as a runaway from Westminster, Colorado, was found with the suspect, who now faces multiple charges including kidnapping and reckless endangerment.
At approximately 9 a.m., officers at the Cheyenne Police Department were called to assist the Westminster Police Department with the runaway.
