Hartford man accused of robbing Waterbury clothing store at gunpoint

WATERBURY, Conn. (WTNH) — A Waterbury man with a criminal record robbed a clothing store at gunpoint, threatened employees and assaulted one of them, according to police.

Jose Rivera-Gonzalez, 52, of Hartford, has been charged with first-degree robbery, second-degree assault, fifth-degree larceny and criminal possession of a firearm/ammunition. He is being held on a $75,000 bond.
