RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) – Tom Kirkland Opticians set to make a comeback after a long hiatus repairing the significant damage to his shop.
“It takes a long time to recuperate when a car goes into your building,” Tom Kirkland said. “And you’re out of business for a little while which hurts.”
