CUMRU TWP., Pa. – This week’s Furry Friends come from the Animal Rescue League of Berks County.
First up is “Caprice.” This 12-year-old tortoiseshell cat is a shy girl that turns sweet and affectionate once she warms up to you. Shelter officials say she’s had a lot of adventures in her life and is now ready to settle down in a calm and loving environment.
We also have “Phantom,” a three-year old terrier, American Pit Bull mix. He has mastered the art of sitting… and loves getting his back scratched. The shelter says he gives off mixed signals when he’s in new situations, but that’s just his way of figuring things out…
