JACKSON, Tenn. — Vanessa Tanner is a local investigator for the West Tennessee Area of Smoky Mountain Process and Legal Services. She’s made it her mission to bring awareness to shelter dogs with one special friend.
Tiny Ted is Tanner’s working K9-in-training that she adopted from the Jackson Animal Care Center. Tanner wrote and published her first children’s book titled “Tiny Ted’s Telling Tales.”
