Taylen Green took less than 2 minutes to show the fans in Starkville that he wasn’t messing around.
The Arkansas quarterback helped the Razorbacks capitalize on a Mississippi State fumble on the game’s 1st possession in Saturday afternoon’s SEC matchup. And no, the Boise State transfer didn’t throw a touchdown pass or rifle a few throws on target to wide receivers to get Arkansas in scoring position.
Instead, Green did the damage with his legs, as he’s known to do. He juked poor Bulldogs safety Hunter Washington about 10 times (or so it seemed), got a great block to the outside and darted down the right sideline for an 8-yard touchdown run that gave the Razorbacks a 7-0 with only 1:54 gone in the game…
