FORT WORTH, Texas – After nearly a month on the run, one of the most wanted fugitives in Teas has been captured.
On Friday, Steh Altman, 33, the subject of a Texas BLUE Alert was apprehended by the Fort Worth Police Department after allegedly shooting a Texas police chief.
