Former Flossmoor Police Chief Jerel Jones agreed to a settlement Thursday, Oct. 24, in a lawsuit he filed in March against the Village of Flossmoor, Mayor Michelle Nelson and Village Manager Bridget Wachtel, according to U.S. District Court records.
