FULLERTON – A probationer suspected of leading Anaheim Police Department officers on a chase that ended with his car colliding with a Toyota Prius in Fullerton was in custody Friday.
The chase began in Anaheim and extended into Fullerton, ending around 9 p.m. Thursday at Bastanchury Road and State College Boulevard, according to Anaheim Police Department Sgt. Matt Sutter.
Jacob Kilpatrick, 24, ran from the crash scene and was quickly captured by pursuing officers after a struggle and was taken into custody, Sutter said. He remains hospitalized and was arrested on suspicion of felony evading, DUI and hit-and-run…
