Former Gravity Payments CEO Dan Price has been charged with rape of an unconscious victim.
According to court documents from Riverside County Superior Court in California, Price posted $55,000 bail Thursday after a grand jury indicted him in September. His arraignment is scheduled for Jan. 10.
