ODESSA, Texas — State Representative Brooks Landgraf provided an update Saturday on the July fire at the Permian Basin Containers site in Odessa.
Landgraf said in a Facebook post that the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) “has taken the lead so that the final phase of the clean-up will be completed faster.”
