CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Police said that a man attempted to steal a public bus after assaulting the bus driver and kissing a woman without consent.
According to criminal complaints submitted to Hamilton County, Modou Diop assaulted a Metro Bus driver on Oct. 26 “through hitting, pushing/shoving, removing driver from seat.”
A separate complaint said they saw Diop “hitting” an unidentified woman (who could also be the unnamed Metro Bus driver, but that was not confirmed in the complaint), as well as “slamming her to the ground, kissing her with no consent, and taking her phone.”…
