PORTSMOUTH, Va. (WAVY) – A Norfolk man missing since early Saturday afternoon was the focus of a multi-agency search into Sunday.
The Coast Guard says Derrick Fluellen, 33, was last seen working on the tugboat Atlantic Oceanic about 12:30 p.m. Saturday at the Portsmouth Marine Terminal.
