Buffalo Man Pleads Guilty Being A Felon In Possession Of A Firearm

BUFFALO, NY.- On Thursday, October 24, 2024, Henry Ford, 37, of Buffalo, New York, appeared in U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York and pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge John L. Sinatra, Jr. to one count of Being a Convicted Felon in Possession of a Firearm.
During Thursday’s hearing, Judge Sinatra accepted Ford’s guilty plea and scheduled sentencing for February 29, 2025, at which time Ford faces a maximum penalty of 15 years in federal prison, followed by at least three years of supervised release and a $250,000 fine.
