BROOKE COUNTY, WV — An annual Halloween party took place at Town Square in Wellsburg, where adults and kids gathered to show off their Halloween costumes. Attendees enjoyed candy, food, music, train rides, a chance to win a bike, and more. All of this was made possible through sponsors and donors.
“The Kiwanis Club sponsors this event, and they provide the opportunity to win bikes. The Lions Club, a major sponsor, was passing out hot dogs. We had plenty of donors and all kinds of candy and treats. It’s just a fun time for the kids,” said Wellsburg Mayor Dan Dudley…
