ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (WFLA) — The City of St. Petersburg kicked off Halloween festivities a few days early with the 4th annual ‘Halloween on Central’ event.
Central Avenue was shut down to traffic and transformed into ‘the ultimate Halloween block party’ on Sunday.
