‘Garbage’ – Twitter reacts to Seahawks’ abysmal display vs. Bills

Sitting atop the NFC West, the Seattle Seahawks were back at home after a successful business trip to Georgia to put the Atlanta Falcons away. Back on the winning side of things after a three-game skid, the Seahawks were in for a benchmark match-up against the Buffalo Bills led by quarterback Josh Allen who had yet to throw an interception this season.

Allen and the Bills came out hot, moving down the field with only the officiating crew working against them. Even still, the resistance wasn’t enough, and the Bills got out to an early lead. The Seahawks offense would sputter out again, but did I mention that Josh Allen hadn’t thrown an interception yet this season? Well, practice squad cornerback Josh Jobe would cement his legacy, picking off Allen and returning the ball to the Buffalo seven-yard line. Of course, Seattle would fail to capitalize on the turnover. Two consecutive trips to the red zone would both ultimately end up on the blooper reel of the movie that is the 2024 season.

To make matters worse (or perhaps more entertaining), the Bills two-minute drill before half-time looked doomed to fail, but a Derick Hall roughing-the-passer call gave Buffalo a new set of downs in Seattle territory, and sent Jarran Reed into a justifiable rage that continued on the sideline as he worked to hold Hall accountable…
