PHILLIPSBURG, NJ – On Sunday, October 27, Phillipsburg High School transformed its parking lot into a Halloween community-wide Trunk or Treat event. With spooky setups and sweet treats throughout, this free-to-attend event brought together plenty of families and little goblins ready to fill their candy bags.

From cobweb-covered cars to Disney and localized trunks, PHS students and clubs got creative with their decorations, leaving plenty of grinning faces and a few dentists a bit spooked by all the sugar in sight!

Many PHS clubs participated, including the Phillipsburg Theatre Company, Class Officers, Start the Talk Club, Book Club, Student Council, Key Club, Unify Club, and Class of 2027, to name a few, each with spookiest, funniest, or unique trunk decorations. “Will anyone even go out on Halloween night?” joked one attendee, eyeing the endless candy haul from this weekend alone…
