LOCK HAVEN — The Lock Haven Fire Department’s annual Halloween Parade went off without a hitch this weekend, which was greeted with sunny skies and moderate temperatures.
Hundreds of children and families lined Main Street in downtown Lock Haven, many dressed up in their best costumes, to see what local community members, groups and organizations had in store for them with their floats and performances.
