Sarasota again enforced downtown parking Monday after a brief respite due to the recent hurricane bonanza.
The city will begin by enforcing safety violations — such as illegal parking in handicapped spaces, blocked fire hydrants, and parking obstructions. Paid parking enforcement will resume on Nov. 4.
