Ladies and gentlemen, it’s Tuesday. While I can’t promise a day filled with sunshine, I can share that despite the clouds ☁ and the possibility of rain 🌨 the St. Augustine Daily Briefing will be jam-packed with all things fantabulously delicious, beginning with a new Amber Penney Farmer Princess recipe — the Best Sliders Ever!
Ingredients: One package of 12 dinner rolls, one pound of thinly sliced deli roast beef, eight ounces of pimento cheese, six slices of provolone cheese, one stick unsalted butter/melted, three to four glugs of Worcestershire sauce, one tablespoon of onion powder, one tablespoon of garlic powder, half teaspoon of red chili flakes, 12 dill pickles or pickled jalapeño slices, and one tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese.
Instructions: Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a 13×9 baking dish or sheet pan with foil or parchment paper. Slice the rolls and place the bottom half in the pan. Smear the bottom portion of the rolls with pimento cheese. Puddle the meat on top of the pimento cheese. Shingle the provolone cheese slices on the meat and cover with the roll top…
