KELSO Wash. (KPTV) – A speeding 16-year-old caused a three-car crash that sent a 51-year-old man to the hospital on Monday afternoon, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The crash occurred about 2:45 p.m. at milepost 40 on northbound I-5 in Kelso.
