Man surrenders after allegedly shooting at woman in front of his children in Nashville

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WSMV) – One of Nashville’s Most Wanted suspects turned himself in on Monday, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department Criminal Warrants Division.

On Oct. 9, just before 7:30 p.m., officers with the Metro Nashville Police Department were called to 3909 Preston Taylor Place.

When officers arrived, they spoke with the suspect’s ex-girlfriend. She said she invited Ernest Wells, 57, to see his kids. When Wells arrived, he saw another man leaving the home and allegedly became “infuriated,” an arrest report said…
